Introducing Custom Workflow
Today, we are excited to take collaboration in Loomly to new heights with the introduction of Custom Workflow.
Custom Workflow allows you to automate your team workflow with assignment Triggers and consolidate your approval process with conditional Guards.
To be more specific:
- Triggers let you define a set of collaborators who will be automatically assigned to posts whenever those reach a given state: for instance, you can create a Trigger that automatically assign your manager/client to posts that are Pending Approval.
- Guards allow you to specify a set of collaborators who need to take action on post before those posts can move to a different state: for instance, you can create a Guard that prevents posts from being scheduled/published unless they have been approved by your Account Manager & Chief Marketing Officer.
Custom Workflow is available under the Advanced & Premium Plans and can be accessed from the Workflow tab of each calendar Settings page: check it out now.
