This is particularly useful when you need to publish a video as part of your editorial plan, and you want it to both show up on your Facebook Page’s feed and reach the optimal number of people.
For instance, this can come in handy when you launch a campaign to:
- Feature a key message of your brand communication.
- Introduce a new product or line.
- Spark and/or maintain virality around a new commercial.
- Promote a crowdfunding or fundraising initiative.
- Generate brand awareness at the top of your funnel.
Icing on the cake, Video Post Sponsoring was built on top of Post Sponsoring, so you can keep going with your current workflow.
All you need to start using Video Post Sponsoring in a given calendar is to:
- Make sure a Facebook Ad Account is linked to your calendar
- In Post Builder, select Facebook as a channel in Step 2
- Upload a video to your post in Step 3 or Step 4
- Show the Sponsoring Options and define your campaign parameters in Step 5
- Schedule your post in Step 6 or from Post View or List View
